Claim Manager

We are currently seeking a Property Claims Manager to join our Digital Adjusting Team (DAT) to supervisor a team of adjusters handling claims throughout North America.

• Administrative management, staff development, and technical claim results for one team of property adjusters
• Collaborate with and report to the Pacific-based AVP, Claim Manager
• Delivering excellent financial and service results as well as a high-quality product
• Developing staff, succession planning, and executing strategies to achieve goals and objectives

• Minimum of 5 years property claims handling experience
• Prior supervisory and/or management experience with direct oversight of direct reports handling property claims
• Prior estimating writing experience in Xactimate, Cotality or similar estimating software platforms
